Use:
Meat priming equipment is used for the fluid impregnation of meat with different consistencies of brine to speed the pickling process. The machine is able to impregnate meat on and off the bone.

Machine description:
The meat priming device is composed of a stand, on which is attached a pump, tub and cylinders for the transport belt. On the upper part of the machine is a chamber, within which is a transmission for powering the impregnation needle holder, the control mechanism for the slow advancement of the belt. A vent ensures required brine pressure with a manometer.

Materials and implementation:
The stand, tub, chamber, needle holder, needles and pump are made from stainless steel. Connecting material is stainless variant. The surface treatment of the various parts guarantees ease of sanitation and a long-term attractive appearance.
