Use:
Skinners from fat are used for removing skin from fat and meat.
Machine description:
The skinner from fat is composed of a stand, equipment for skin separating, in-feed and pull-out belt conveyer. In the upper part of the stand are placed operating and functional elements, inside is an electromotor and gearbox.
Materials and implementations:
The machine is designed and made to comply with hygienic requirements. Individual parts are made of stainless steel materials, food industry alloy of aluminium and steel with chromed surfaces. The conveyers use food industry belts.
